Buzby family campout 2012

 This year we camped with all the mosquitos at Mt. St. Helens.  The kids spent the weekend on their bikes and we all had a blast.  We missed Brittany and Mariah.  Mariah was sick and had to stay home.

 Lots of skinned knees this weekend.

 Lunch with Nannie and Papa...all have sandwich in their mouths.  Guess I could have waited for them to finish chewing.

 Can you say DIRTY.  Ronan, of course was dirtier than the baby, dirtier than anyone.  Shocker.  This boy is still our pigpen.  Still the messiest eater alive with food from ear to ear and all over the table.

 A hike in the Ape caves.

 Charley and Greg were so far behind.  Charley was on a treasure hunt.

 We thought we found gold...after a close examination...someone shook glitter all over.

 A hole up above us....filled with bats!

 The end of the line...Greg crawled all the way to the end with the boys.

 The boys crawled through one of them. 

 They LOVE each other and spending time together, but get in so much trouble together.

 A great suspension bridge.

 Not enough sleep makes for grumpy boys.

 And slap happy ones.

How our garden grows

This picture are from last month, but you get the idea.  Plants have taken over.

 Potatoes

 Broccoli was awesome, but it all went to seed, so I pulled it and planted more beets, but the zucchini has taken over, so not sure any beets will grow.

 We still have tons of rainbow chard, all of our lettuce has gone to seed and I can't seem to grow any more.

 Carrots on the left are ready, Celery on the right, but it's bitter.  I won't grow that again.  Walla walla onions surround the garden.

 We have tons of Sunburst tomatoes and some large red ones. 

 The peas were awesome, but have died as well.  The tomatoes choked them out as well as all the lettuce.

A hike and some silly boys

 A raccoon snuck into my kitchen while I was cooking dinner.  He was very cute and giggly.

 Then it went up this boys' shirt...

 His hair always sneaks out the back of the hat!

 Such a beautiful forest we live in!

 This is the opened up trunk of a tree they climbed up.

 He made his own fly fishing pole to practice
